Billingsley Seminars believes that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. 

Being family owned and operated, we are all committed to meeting those needs.  

We are now in the 15th year of providing professional development seminars.

 

Mr. Billingsley began his career at the City of Dallas in 1970 as a chainman on a survey crew. 

Working his way up through the ranks, he became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in 1986. 

He became the Chief City Surveyor in 1993, and held that position until his retirement in 2010.   

During his time as Chief City Surveyor he oversaw a group of dedicated men and women conducting surveys for

a number of Capital Improvement Projects.

Mr. Billingsley is a former Complaint Investigator for the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying.

Mr. Mike McMinn R.P.L.S,  L.S.L.S.

Former instructor at Austin Community College and former complaint investigator for the 

Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors.

Mr. Chuck Walker has been surveying Central Texas since 1978.  Has over 43yrs of project management experience in a wide variety of land surveying efforts.  He also owns Walker Texas Surveying Inc.

​

Mr. Jimmie Kenyon has worked in surveying more than 30yrs.  He specializes as a drone pilot. 

He owns Data Land​ Services Corporation and currently employed at Cornerstone Engineering and Surveying.
