Mr.Larry Billingsley
Mr. Billingsley began his career at the City of Dallas in 1970 as a chainman on a survey crew.
Working his way up through the ranks, he became
an RPLS in 1986.
He became the Chief City Surveyor in 1993, and held that position until his retirement in 2010.
During his time as Chief City Surveyor he oversaw a group of dedicated men and women conducting surveys for a large number of Capital Improvement Projects.
Mr. Billingsley is a former Complaint Investigator for the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying.

Mike is a Former instructor at Austin Community College and former complaint investigator for the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors. Mike became an RPLS in 1984 as well as an LSLS in 2014.
Chuck has been surveying Central Texas since 1978.
Has over 43yrs of project management experience in a wide variety of land surveying efforts. Chuck became an RPLS in 1998.
He also owns Walker Texas Surveying Inc.
Jimmie has worked in surveying more than 30yrs.
Specializing as a drone pilot and owns
Kenyon Drone Solutions LLC.
Jimmie recently became an SIT.
